Scott - Your emails are so informative and so representative of the listening that you obviously do when we speak. You have considered my "situations" from so many angles and I really appreciate and respect all of your suggestions and advice. I'm creating a personal handbook from your email summaries to help parent my individual kids, which is something that I could never find in a bookstore! Not to mention, the advice is relevant to the person who I am (who, by the way, you seem to be tapping into quite easily). Your feedback is a genuine gift. You are obviously very committed to your profession.
